Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30PM in the Carl Sagan room at First Unitarian Church, 3205 Glendale Avenue. Occasionally, other community leaders will share a meditation from their faith tradition. All are invited to join us. Guidance will be offered for beginning meditators.
